Doprane Night is a medication classified under antipyretics and analgesics, primarily used for the management of short-term pain. It contains a combination of two active ingredients:

Paracetamol: A safe and highly effective analgesic and antipyretic.

Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride: A first-generation antihistamine known for its sedative effects, as well as its effectiveness in alleviating allergic symptoms.

Doprane Night works by reducing the time needed to fall asleep and increases the depth and quality of sleep.

Each tablet of Doprane Night contains 500 mg Paracetamol and 25 mg Diphenhydramine HCL.

Adults (over 16 years of age):

  2. Head pain
  3. back pain
  4. bedtime pain (for example rheumatic and muscles pain)
  5. dental pain
  6. period pain (which is causing difficulty in getting to sleep)

Children:

Doprane Night is not approved for use in children and adolescents (less than 16 years of age).

Pregnancy& breast-feeding:

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Doprane Night.

Doprane Night can be used by pregnant women only if the benefits outweigh the potential risks.

Pregnancy Category: B.

Doprane Night should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of small amount of the contents of Doprane Night F.C tablets appear in breast milk.

Adults (over 16 years of age):

The recommended dose of Doprane Night F.C tablets ranges from 1 - 2 F.C tablets to be taken 20 minutes before bedtime in case of short term of pain.

The maximum daily dose of Doprane Night F.C tablets is 2 F.C tablets.
