Doprane 500 mg is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as:
Head pain (including headache and migraine)
Back pain
Dental pain
Pain associated with menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)
Doprane 500 mg can be used to relief of rheumatic pain.
Doprane 500 mg is prescribed to alleviate symptoms of influenza, fever, and feverish colds.
In some cases, Doprane 500 mg is indicated for the management of fever following vaccination.
Children:
Doprane 500 mg is not approved for use in children (less than 6 years of age).
Pregnancy& breast-feeding:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Doprane 500 mg.
Doprane 500 mg is the first choice of painkiller if you're pregnant. It is commonly taken during pregnancy and does not harm your baby.

Doprane 500 mg should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of small amount of the contents of Doprane 500 mg F.C tablets appear in breast milk.
Adults and children (Over 12 years of age):
The recommended dose of Doprane 500 mg is 2 F.C tablets every 6 hours. The maximum daily dose of Doprane 500 mg is 8 F.C tablets per day.
Children (between 6 years of age to 12 years of age):
The recommended dose of Doprane 500 mg ranges from ½ to 1 F.C tablet (250 mg - 500 mg) every 6 hours.
The maximum daily dose of Doprane 500 mg is 4 F.C tablets per day.
Regarding the duration of treatment, your physician will determine it based on the severity of symptoms and response to medication.
