Doprane 1000 mg, a medication belonging to the class of analgesics and antipyretics. It is characterized by its safety and high effectiveness in relieving mild to moderate pain.

Doprane is available in several pharmaceutical forms, including suppositories, effervescent tablets, and film-coated tablets for oral use.

Each F.C tablet of Doprane 1000 mg contains 1000 mg Paracetamol.

Adults:

• Treatment different types of pain (From mild pain to moderate pain):

Doprane 1000 mg is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as:

Head pain (including headache and migraine)

Back pain

Dental pain

Pain associated with menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)

Doprane 1000 mg can be used to relief of rheumatic pain.

Doprane 1000 mg is prescribed to alleviate symptoms of influenza, fever, and feverish colds.

In some cases, Doprane 1000 mg is indicated for the management of fever following vaccination.

Children:

Doprane 1000 mg is not approved for use in children (less than 6 years of age).

Pregnancy& breast-feeding:

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Doprane 1000 mg.

Doprane 1000 mg is the first choice of painkiller if you're pregnant. It is commonly taken during pregnancy and does not harm your baby.

Pregnancy Category: B.

Doprane 1000 mg should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of small amount of the contents of Doprane 1000 mg F.C tablets appear in breast milk.

• Adults and children (Over 12 years of age):

The recommended dose of Doprane 1000 mg is 1 F.C tablets every 6 hours. The maximum daily dose of Doprane 1000 mg is 4 F.C tablets per day.

• Children (between 6 years of age to 12 years of age):

The recommended dose of Doprane 1000 mg is ½ F.C tablet (500 mg) every 6 hours.

The maximum daily dose of Doprane 1000 mg is 2 F.C tablets per day.

Regarding the duration of treatment, your physician will determine it based on the severity of symptoms and response to medication.
