Doprane - C, a medication that belongs to the class of analgesics and antipyretics. It provides rapid pain relief and reduces fever and also ensures the patient’s swift recovery and ability to resume daily activities, containing a combination of two active ingredients:

Paracetamol: A safe and highly effective analgesic and antipyretic.

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C): A water-soluble vitamin essential for various physical functions due to its anti-oxidant action.

Each effervescent tablet of Doprane - C contains 330 mg Paracetamol + 200 mg ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).

Adults:

Treatment different types of pain (From mild pain to moderate pain):

Doprane - C is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as:

Head pain (including headache and migraine)

Back pain

Dental pain

Pain associated with menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)

Doprane - C can be used to relief of rheumatic pain.

Doprane - C is prescribed to alleviate symptoms of influenza, fever, and feverish colds.

In some cases, Doprane - C is indicated for the management of fever following vaccination.

Children:

Doprane - C is not approved for use in children (less than 8 years of age or less than 25 kg of weight).

Pregnancy& breast-feeding:

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Doprane - C.

Doprane - C is the first choice of painkiller if you're pregnant. It is commonly taken during pregnancy with cautions and does not harm your baby.

The maximum daily amount of vitamin C should not exceed 2000 mg (10 effervescent tablets of Doprane - C) because high doses of vitamin C can cause many disorders.

Pregnancy Category: B.

Doprane - C should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of small amount of the contents of Doprane - C tablets appear in breast milk.

Adults and children (about 15 years of age or more or more than 50 kg of weight):

The recommended dose of Doprane - C is 1 or 2 effervescent tablets each administration, to be repeated, if necessary, after an interval of 4 hours.

The maximum daily dose of Doprane - C is 9 effervescent tablets.

Children (Between 12 - 15 years of age between 35 kg - 50 kg of weight):

The recommended dose of Doprane - C is 1-2 effervescent tablets for each administration, to be repeated, if necessary, after an interval of at least 6 hours.

The maximum daily dose of Doprane - C is 7 effervescent tablets.

Children (between 10 - 12 years of age between 30 kg - 35 kg of weight):

The recommended dose of Doprane - C is 1-2 effervescent tablets for each administration, to be repeated, if necessary, after an interval of at least 6 hours.

The maximum daily dose of Doprane - C is 6 effervescent tablets.

Children (between 8 - 10 years of age or between 26 kg - 30 kg of weight):

The recommended dose of Doprane – C is 1 effervescent tablet for each administration, to be repeated, if necessary, after an interval of at least 6 hours.

The maximum daily dose of Doprane - C is 5 effervescent tablets.
