Each one Suppository of Doprane 250 mg contains 250 mg Paracetamol, A globally recognized analgesic and antipyretic, known for its efficacy and safety.

Doprane 250 mg suppository is a small suppository which is inserted into the back passage (rectum).

Doprane 250 mg suppository can be used in children who find it difficult to take paracetamol as tablets or syrup.

Each one suppository contains 250mg Paracetamol.

Children over 6 years:

The management of mild to moderate pain in Children over 6 years.

the reduction of fever in Children over 6 years.

Pregnancy& breast-feeding:

It is not indicated to use in women

Children between 6 to 9 years (body weight 20-30kg):

The recommended dose of Doprane 250 mg in case of mild or moderate Pain and fever is 1 suppository every 4 to 6 hours to a maximum of 4 suppositories in 24 hours.

Children between 10 to 12 years (body weight 30-40kg):

The recommended dose of Doprane 250 mg in case of mild or moderate Pain and fever is one suppository or tow suppositories every 4 to 6 hours to a maximum of 8 suppositories in 24 hours.

Do not give your child more suppositories than stated above.
