Diclofenac Oubari is available in several pharmaceutical forms, including injectable ampoules for intramuscular administration, rectal suppositories, film-coated tablets, and eye drops.

Each 2 mL of Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoule contains 75 mg Diclofenac sodium.

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoules are used to relieve the signs and symptoms of chronic rheumatoid arthritis.

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoules can be used to relieve sprains and strains.

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoules can be used to reduce fever.

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoules can be used to relieve the signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis.

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoules are indicated for the treatment of various painful conditions, including the following:

Gout attacks

Migraine attacks

Pain caused by kidney stones

Pain resulting from injuries and trauma

Pain resulting from surgery

Dental pain

Period pain

Children:

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoules are not indicated for use in children under 10 years of age.

Pregnancy& breast-feeding

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg.

The use of Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg for a few days after the 20th week of pregnancy may cause a decrease in the level of amniotic fluid surrounding the fetus or narrowing of a blood vessel in the fetus's heart.

Pregnancy Category: C.

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of small amounts Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg appear in breast milk, and affect your baby.

Adults:

The recommended dose of Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg is one ampoule daily via deep intramuscular injection into the gluteal muscle.

In severe cases, the maximum recommended dose of Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg Ampoules is two ampoules per day.

Pain caused by kidney stones:

The recommended dose of Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg is one ampoule daily via deep intramuscular injection into the gluteal muscle.

An additional ampoule may be administered after 30 minutes, if necessary, but the total daily dose of Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg ampoules should not exceed two ampoules daily.

Diclofenac Oubari 75 mg Ampoules should not be administered for more than two days.

If necessary, treatment can be continued with film-coated tablets or suppositories containing diclofenac sodium.
