Doprane Extra is a combination of:

Paracetamol 500 mg: A globally recognized analgesic and antipyretic, known for its efficacy and safety.

Caffeine 50 mg: Enhances the action of paracetamol, making it more effective, improving mood, and reducing fatigue caused by various forms of pain.

Each F.C Tablet of Doprane Extra contains Paracetamol 500 mg and Caffeine 50 mg.

Doprane Extra is used for the treatment of mild to moderate temporary pain, including:

Headache & migraine

Back pain

Neuralgia

Toothache

Sore throat

Menstrual pain

Occasional relief of rheumatic pain

Symptoms of cold and flu including fever.

Children under 12 years:

Doprane Extra should not be given to children under 12 years of age.

Pregnancy& breast-feeding:

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Doprane Extra.

Doprane Extra should not be used during pregnancy due to the presence of caffeine, which is a stimulant.

Pregnancy category: N (not classified).

The maximum allowed amount of caffeine for pregnant women is 200 mg.

Adults and children over 12 years of age:
Recommended dosage: One to two tablets every 4-6 hours.
Maximum daily dosage: 8 tablets.
