ORALGIC, a medication primarily used as an antiseptic and pain reliever within the oral cavity.
ORALGIC contains a combination of Benzoxonium chloride, which demonstrates potent antiseptic activity against a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi, and viruses, and Lidocaine HCl, which provides fast-acting local anesthetic effects.
ORALGIC is a unique pharmaceutical product due to its ease of use and rapid symptom relief.
Each lozenge of ORALGIC contains 1 mg Benzoxonium chloride + 1 mg Lidocaine HCl.
ORALGIC is indicated for the treatment of a wide range of bacteria, fungi, and viruses that cause infections and inflammations in the mouth, pharynx, and larynx.
ORALGIC is also beneficial in the treatment of small oral ulcers (aphthae).
ORALGIC is used for the relief of dental pain, due to the fast effect of the local anesthetic (Lidocaine HCL).
Children:
The efficacy of ORALGIC F.C lozenges has not been established in children under 4 years of age.
Pregnancy& breast-feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking ORALGIC.

ORALGIC should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of small amounts of ORALGIC appear in breast milk.
Treatment of infections and inflammations in the mouth, pharynx, and larynx:
Treatment of dental pain:
The recommended dose of ORALGIC is one lozenge every 2-3 hours.
For some severe cases, the recommended dose of ORALGIC is one lozenge every 1-2 hours.
The maximum recommended dose of ORALGIC should not exceed 6 lozenges per day.
Treatment of oral ulcers (aphthae):
The lozenge should be allowed to dissolve slowly by in contact with the oral ulcer (aphthae).
