Newborn infants born to mothers that have taken TANOX 1.5 mg throughout pregnancy may be at risk of developing withdrawal symptoms.

Spacinol - Plus should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of certain amounts Spacinol - Plus appear in breast milk.

The recommended dose of Spacinol - Plus is 3 suppositories every 24 hours.
