Valsartan 320 mg: Belongs to the class of Angiotensin II Receptor Blockers (ARBs). It works by preventing blood vessel constriction and raising blood pressure.
Amlodipine 10 mg: Belongs to the class of voltage-gated calcium channel blockers. It works by reducing the pressure exerted on the heart muscle and blood vessels.
Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg is a suitable therapeutic option for patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with monotherapy.
Each F.C tablets of Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg contains 320 mg Valsartan + 10 mg Amlodipine besilate.
Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg F.C tablets are indicated for the treatment of systolic and diastolic hypertension specially in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on amlodipine or valsartan monotherapy or lower doses of Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari. Lowering blood pressure helps reduce the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular disorders, primarily myocardial infarction and stroke.
Children:
Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg F.C tablets may be used as initial therapy in patients who are likely to need multiple drugs to achieve blood pressure goals.
Pregnancy& breast-feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg.

Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg should not be used whilst breastfeeding because of small amount of the contents of Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg appear in breast milk.

The recommended initial dose of Valsartan Amlodipine Oubari 320 mg/10 mg F.C tablets is one F.C tablet daily (320 mg/10 mg).
