Composition
Each suppository of Metocal Children contains :
- Metoclopramide: 10 mg.
- Excipients: S.Q. for 1 suppository.
Indications
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Dyspeptic manifestations that can be related to a disorder of digestive motility.
- Preparation for jejunal biopsy and certain digestive tube examinations.
Dosage & Administration
Children:
- From 5 to 10 years: 1/2 (10 mg) suppository (1/2 children suppository) twice a day.
- Children over 10 years: 1×10 mg suppository twice a day.
Infants and young children:
These pharmaceutical forms are not recommended for infants or children under 5 years of age or less than 20 kg of weight .
